Change color of font on JPG Logo

Hi all,
I have a Logo that someone wants me to change the font color from green to red. I cannot find the font ANYWHERE (Brice) to just retype it in that color. Is there a really simple way to break apart the letters from the background to fill the letter with a different color?

No. Unfortunately your only option is to try trace bitmap and then change the color. You may get mixed results doing this. You would get better results altering the image in Photoshop.
