Change CCRS Password

I have a customer with a Call Pilot 150 3.0 with call center and reporting. The customer recently started getting a message on his real time reporting that he had an invalid password. They dont have the old one. How can I change the CCRS password?

InvalidPassword - The password used by the client application is not valid. Enter the
correct password, use the CCRS test page to check if you are not sure.
