Change BIOS settings from within NT 4.0?

I have to change the Power/Energy Saver/Energy Saver Mode BIOS setting from either "Minimal" or "Advanced" to "Disable". I need to do this on Compaq Deskpro workstations that are running NT 4.0. I know I can do it manually, but I have too many to have to go to each workstation to make the change. Is there any way that this can be done programatically or otherwise from within NT while it is running?

This became a problem (the workstations would go to "sleep" and couldn't be woken up without restarting) when we upgraded the workstations from sp5 to sp6.

This may not be the answer you want, but if I was you I would download and install Regmon from sysinternals.com on one of the systems in question and have it logging while I manually changed the EnergySaver settings. I would use the log output to show me what part of the registry that change was made to, and then I would export that changed key of the registry (using regedit, not regedt32) and have all the systems run that .reg file in their logon scripts. I believe that would take care of my (your) issue.
