Hi all, I got a bit of a weird request from a client, they got a definity SI system and Audix R5 voice mail for guest and admin mailboxes
There is a call flow where a vector on the switch transfers the caller to an auto attendant mailbox on audix which works fine, but when this happens the callers hear audix say “Please Wait”
Is there any way to change that system message or stop it?
