Chaining Select Inputs

Hi all,

Probably a fairly common request, but I couldn't find any posts on it. Anyway, I need an example of how to chain select inputs.

Ex. I have one dropdown, when the user makes a selection from the dropdown (onChange), grab the new value, then use that value to populate a second dropdown.

Thanks for the help.
