cgi-perl Acrobat

I have a question I am trying to call CGI-Perl from a Acrobat file. To parse Acrobat data in CGI , Iam using this statement in the CGI.

use Acrobat::FDF;
But I am getting an error. It says Use not allowed. Any idea ?
