CFWDDX error??? Arghh!

Everytime Ive used this tag it has been a cinch! But I dont know much about XML, so I'm trying to decipher this error:

XML parsing error: not XML parsing error: not well-formed (error code 4, line 1, column 5, buffer offset 5)
The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFWDDX), occupying document position (32:1) to (32:61) in the template file E:\PROJECTS\PORTLETS\NEWS\DISPLAY_NEWS.CFM.

I believe so.
Tried to acces the wddxpacjet. But got an error too.
