Hello,
Have some IP handsets set up as ACD Agents.
These sets also have a DN key 5 allocated to each agent.
Can these DN be call forwarded by using the handset as it appears to met criteria below?

Call Forward All Calls is not affected by MARP. To CFW a DN, it must meet one of these conditions:
1. it is KEY 00 (or the DN if a 500 set is CFWing) and may appear on other phones.
or
2. it is not KEY 00 but has only one appearance in the system, that being the TN that wants to forward it.

Or would they need to use remote call forwarding feature?

Call Forward and Remote Call Forward are both just "Call forward" in the end.

Just forward the phone and see if it works.

It will if it met the criteria I wrote.

Yes as long as it is a single appearance you will be fine. That's how all my agents are setup.
