CFW then operator

Hi I have a ext=223 which is forward to 255, when an outside calls hits 223 it goes to 255 but when 255 is busy call goes to operator, ext 255 has hunt set to voice mail but call rather go to operator, i just need to drop that call or should go to operator.
Further if any extension dont have mail box and FNA to 700(MBOX DN)call goes to operator i also wants to stop that.
It is option 11c release 4.5 with Meridian mail.

Print the TN out, look for CLS FBA. If you see that, change it to CLS FBD.

Print the Voice Mail ACD Queue. Look for NCFW. Is the NCFW the same as the Operator? If so, Voice Mail is down.

Make sure x255 has CLS SFA. Also, print your RDR_DATA in LD 21 and verify FNAD, FNAT, and FNAL are set to FDN and not HUNT.
