Using 81C switch, possible to call forward a single DN that is always calling me (tech) to the help desk? I only want to forward his local when he calls me, not when anybody else calls me, possible?
I agree, however we don't have that yet. Possibly through application builder? I see the obvious "blanket" forwarding after a specific amount of rings, when busy, etc, but I would have thought that you could do a specific DN even just in overlays.
