CFQuery Insert Problem

Has anyone run across a problem with <CFQuery> Insert statement executing twice when it is called only once?
 
i think this comes from your code, not from the cfquery tag
did you solve this yet ? if no, would you mind giving more details ?
 
I am having this problem currently, did you solve it?
