cfmx/iis keeps prompting for password

Hello - I have MX pro installed, and have updated with the updater2. I've followed this macromedia technote, and IIS still prompts for a username and password when I hit a cfm file. (html/asp do not prompt)
I am using IIS as the server, the cf administration page shows up and runs fine.

What have you done as to configuring the directory permissions and the web server?
