My clients have an odd request.
They are running CF4.5 on one machine which acts as the web-server for a site.
They want users to be able to upload files, but instead of storing them on the same machine, they are to be stored on a different machine on the network.
I've tried setting the cffile destination attribute to \\machine2\docs\ but it doesn't work.
I've also tried mapping \\machine2\docs\to a drive on machine1 (the web-server) and then typing M:\docs (where M is the drive letter) etc. but it doesn't work either.
They are using CF4.5 and both machines run windows NT. They don't want to put CF on machine2 either which I had suggested as a solution.
Any suggestions are very welcome?
