CF Pop-up window question

I know there is a way to make the menu and scroll bars disappear from a pop-up window using CF. I can not locate this information anywhere. I would search the forums, but the search option has been down for the past few days...

I will appreciate any assistance!

Thanks for the suggestion, CF - I have a JS sccript. I was wondering if there was another method that involved CF instead of JS.
