Certlog.nsf not present

I've recently installed a new Domino 5 server and have setup some users. Trying to make it go through some tests before connecting all users. I tried to recertify some users and get the following message:

Server Error: File does not Exist: <servername>Certlog.nsf

I've checkes and it is not there. The only similar files are certlog.ntf and certsrv.nsf. Anyone know why it is missing from this clean fresh install?

certlog.nsf do not get created automatically. You need to create it from certlog.ntf. This file once created can track user certificates etc...
