Certification to follow

I'm working as a service delivery analyst and have been working on Remedy (ARS) reporting tool for 4 years.I'm a very analytical person and would leke to be a Customer Relationship Manager.Which further certification can I follow.

This should help show you the certifications available on CRM. Keep in mind though that passing such an exam means you have the core skills needed to deploy CRM. There is no better way to learn CRM than on a real project even if that is at a junior level
