CentreVu V9 help

Help please...

I am running CentreVu V9 (9.0.EK.01) on a few Windows 2000 machines and afer a while realtime reports just stop refreshing. The CMS server is running R6 (R3V6at.h) Definity is running on V9

has anyone encountered this problem and know of a fix.

I've never seen this. The next time it happens, go to the CentreVu server and issue a who command. This will at least tell you if the session is still active. Can they run the reports from the emulator without problem?

It seems as though the CVSTrans.exe process that runs on the PC to update the realtime report just stops responding. Ive tried to delete the Cache file and change the users refresh rate to 6 seconds from 3, but the problem still happens.

I have another idea, I get all the team leaders to use the same CMS login for their reports 10 people share a login, Im going to create the user their own login on cms and see if it still happens.
