Hi,
Got this problem with both CentreVU and IP Agent 4. When a call arrives with the " calling ID " missing , the software locks up i.e. no more telephony events can be received. Example : if the display shows
" Robert to 3221212 "
Everything is fine. If the display shows :
" to 3221212 " ---> Lockup
The incoming calls are forwaded from an IVR system to CentreVU and IP Agent. I haven't been able to figure out why the calling ID is missing on some incoming calls.
If this a knowen issue ? Has Avaya provided a fix ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
