CentreVu and Citrix

Hello Folks,
I hope that one of you Citrix gurus can help me out with an issue that I'm having.
I would like to install CentreVu(an Avaya product for Call Centers) into our Cirtix environment. We did this at one time and the issue was that on bringing up a second session of CentreVu it wouldn't work. It would simply hang and go no further.
If anyone is using CentreVu and Citrix together, please help.
