Centralized VM not working

Hello,

I upgrade to 4.1.12 over the weekend and now is experiencing Centralized VM and Auto Attendant problems.

My SCN is working and I can call each other site by dialing the extension. But my centralized VM doesn't work at all. When I hit Voicemail collect the phone display Incompatible.

Also I setup my AA as short code *91 going over the SCN and now it is coming back as Number Busy.

But my other site works fine which everything is locally.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

Please help.
 
Make sure you use the "Chain Store" release 4.1.1201 found at support.avaya.com. There are some SCN fixes in this release.

 
Was it working pre upgrade?

Make sure your netowrk is not meshed. I have seen this a lot when they are meshed.

its only two sites

and it was working before plus I can call each other over scn.
 
Has the upgrade upset the IP Line numbering at all?
I would just say check your Voicemail tab under system and check its all as it should be.

I don't have any IP Lines.

In the voicemail tab
it is setup in Centralized Voicemail.
 
?? What do you mean, no ip lines?

You have to have IP Lines if you have SCN!!!!

Oh...I have 1 IP Line
Both are setup the same.

VOIP Setting
Gateway IP is point to the other IP Office 406V2
Compression Mode = Auto
H450 Support = H450
All these are checked
Enable Faststart
Out of Band DTMF
Allow Direct Media Path
Voice Networking
Fax Transport Support
 
In System>Voicemail, what is set in there??

VM type = Centralized Voicemail
VM Destination = 100 (IP Line)
VM IP Address is grayed out
 
Can you be sure no network changes were made at the time of upgrade. To just elimate a WAN port blocking issue.

SCN does work I can call to other extension over the IP Line but just the VM Pro doesn't work which affected Auto Attendant
 
SCN or voice networking is port 50795

However VM Pro is 50791 may be worth a check.

Voice networking ticked on the IP Lines on both systems??? Does SSA show SCN enabled on the IP Line???

It maybe worth a reboot of the routers at boths ends of the link. I have seen SCN issues caused by blocked ports that shouldn't have been. A reboot of either end brought it all back to life again.

it worked after rebooting both firewalls finally AA and VM are working between sites.
