We have an ip office hooked up using a 3rd party voicemail that emulates audix via QSIG. We installed the centralised Audix liscense. Everything works correctly except when you turn off the message waiting lamp the phones reset themselves. Any thouts on this. I am going to get some traces with the monitor. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!
