I have an Exchange Server a lots of recipents. Is there a possibility to instruct the server to send a copy of all the incoming mails to a specific address? Thanks.

Hi,
Go to Exchange administrator, then to Recepients. Open the receipent for whom u want the copy of incoming mail. Then go to Delivery Options, there in Alternate Recepient None is the default option, change it and click on Modify and select the mailbox from the Global Address List where u want to deliver the mails.
