Our problem is with a sales group that call forwards all calls through their cell phones back to thier desk phones when they are in the office and if they do not answer it will give them open tree instead of going to thier voicemail boxes on site. I have added non-cell number in the middle of the call instead of the cell phone and integration works. Fails on 3 different cell carriers also. Any Ideas.
