Hi, and thanks in advance for any and all advice given.
The tools built into CE 8.5 for monitoring / administration purposes seem to be somewhat limited in their abilities. The ability to take action globally across different reports or across multiple states seems to be none existent. For instance, in order to see how many reports are in a processing state, it seems that we must open every type of report individually in order to get a "snapshot" or summary of the number of reports in a processing state. This would be for every type of "status" as well.
What I am looking for is a tool, whether built in or a 3rd party application, that can summarize the state of the environment, allowing me to apply changes on a global level and assist in setting a baseline / threshold for future reference.
One application I have are looked at is by APOS Systems ( The application is called "Instance Manager". ( Although this tool seems to provide the ability to take global action, it does not seem to allow for a quick summary of the system as a whole, for instance, all reports in all states in the environment. How many in a scheduled state, processing, pending, recurring, failed or success. You can view by the state and get a count of the reports in that particular status, but you are unable to see all of the reports and all of their associative states.
Do you know of any applications that may be able to produce these kinds of results?
