OS- Windows XP Home Edition
Hardware- NEC Laptop with Matshita CDRW Combo Drive

Problem
Right click any files on explorer, the "Send To" menu does not include CDRW drive.

I cannot see any options under Add/remove programs->Windows to install the CD burning function, but under device manager, there are no errors or exclamation marks against the CDRW drive.

Visit the Matshita site and see if it is a known problem and they may have a fix. Could also try the NEC web site

open C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\SendTo
The SendTo folder is hidden by default. If the folder is not visible, on the Tools menu, click Folder Options, and then on the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders.

Substitute "user name" and make a shortcut in this folder
e.g d:\ is cdrw ,
just make a drive letter shortcut to d:
C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\SendTo

If none of the above works, you should ask in the Windows XP forum forum779 or the hardware forum forum602. This issue really doesn't have anything to do with MS Office
