Does anyone know what has to be set in the switch in order to capture all calls made when their is no answer on the other end? Avaya has told me it is something in the settings of the trunk group but I cannot seem to get it right.

I bekieve what you need is on the cdr system parameters page: "Suppress CDR for innefective call attempts
