Please Help. I have a BCM400 with 3.7 software and I cannot get the CDR client to work. I have talked to 2 other support people and they can't get it to work either. Is it true you have to use a third party software?

Ther is some form of internal CDR reporting but is is very basic.. use the FTP push to an IP Address... put a FTP server in and use the "read from file" facility on CDR package
