Hi all,
I have an old G3V7 and it has CDR running on it.
Presently a call comes in and it does not have to queue and is picked up by an agent the cdr report shows the agent ID.
When a call comes in and is queued and eventually the call is picked up by an agent the agent id does not show only the vdn.
The client wants to see the agent id; is this something that can be worked around.
I have looked at cdr privacy on the stations but that is set at no.
