CDR report on Agent ID's

Hi all,
I have an old G3V7 and it has CDR running on it.
Presently a call comes in and it does not have to queue and is picked up by an agent the cdr report shows the agent ID.
When a call comes in and is queued and eventually the call is picked up by an agent the agent id does not show only the vdn.
The client wants to see the agent id; is this something that can be worked around.
I have looked at cdr privacy on the stations but that is set at no.
Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me.

Thanks for the tips, those are all set except the record agent id bits as they are not on the form; is this maybe why it doesn't work as there is no option for this?
 
That would be my guess; this was probably added sometime after v7. One more reason for your client to upgrade....

Did a little more checking - found this out:

Record Agent ID on Incoming/Outgoing: Only displays if the Expert Agent Selection (EAS) field is y on the System-Parameters Customer-Options screen.
