Something happened late last week that stopped my Data Buffering and Access app. I haven't collected any CDR since 8/25. Is there a way to at least see what calls have been made today? Is that buffered on the PBX anywhere? I am on Succession 3.0.
 
Yes. Simply collecting it to a text file in case I need to pull records for my audit group. I am not using OTM for billing.
 
the switch has a 50 k buffer, connect a pc direct to that term and the buffer should dump, UNLESS it has dumped to a bad port

If you are on rls 3. Go to LD 117 and STAT BUF. this will give you the information you need.
