My vendor says that i'm wrong when I think that I used to get X records in my CDR. Now I only get N, S, E records. My vendor claims that an X record does not exsist.

Can anybody please verify if I am wrong or right?

If I'm right to where should I point him?

Would CDRX set to yes (LD 16) give me these x records?

Thanks in advance.

only mistake you made was picking a vendor

As I understand you (johnpoole & GHTROUT) I will get X records (like N, S, E records) if they turn on CDRX. I'm a newbie so it really was a wild shot :)

X CDR are generated when set A is calling external number then transfer from set A to set B then to set C. Pulses are then shared between sets A, B and C.

Tell them to look at 553-2631-100, under record type.
Reading can be a wonderfull thing.

Hi ss341

Is 553-2631-100 a document number? Does it have a name like 553-3671-120 is called "Network ACD"?

Thank you,

Morten

Sorry ss341

Found it in Feature Listing. Its called "Attendant CDR Enhancement".
I Don't have this in pdf-format. Anyone out there that would be so kind to email it to me?

Thank you,

Morten
