Hello All,
We have a G3r with a C-LAN board installed. Would it be normal to also have a CDR port or would the CDR come through the C-LAN? I read a previous post describing how to set up the C-LAN for CDR but I am not sure the Call Accounting software I am considering supports any other connection type...

Thanks!
Perry

I have a C-Lan card and a CDR data module. You can use one or the other. My C-Lan is only for administration for now. The CDR is defined as a data module. If you need the translations I could cut and paste in necessary!

Hope this helps

Thanks... I will probably use the C-LAN and make it work...

I appreciate the response.

If your software supports "read from file" CDR data. Just use RDTT tool to collect CDR on computer.
