I am trying to setup my IP Office v4.2(20) with VeraSMART eCAS Call Accounting and am having problems with IP Office not trying to reestablish the CDR output TCP connection after it is disconnected.
The VeraSMART software seems to disconnect the TCP connection from the IP Office each night at midnight and it does not appear that the IP Office ever tries to reconnect. Also, the only way I seem to be able to get the IP Office to reestablish the CDR output connection is to reboot the IP Office.
Has anyone else seen this issue with the CDR output connection on an IP Office?
