Does anyone have samples of the cdr output formats for the Avaya G3. I amt currently using Telaseer for the CTI information to the CLS and it does not have enough data.

What version are you using? There's samples in the c:\nicecti\bin (or c:\nicecti\bin\integrations if you are using 8.8 Integration SP1 and above). They are called lucent.ini, and luc1 to i believe luc8.ini). There's one ini file for each format. Take a look in each one to see which one is what you're sending to NICE.
Thanks everyone for your responses. I have fixed my problem by defining a second CDR output from the PBX. I used unformatted and NICE is happy and my call accounting system didn't nee to change$$$
