CS1000M M/G running 5.0. I have a tie line T-1 between my PBX and a Dictation Server. I have a number pointed to it through CDP. Can I get CDR from this number? I thought I had it programmed correctly but dont see any call records.

If on the T1 Tie Line Route, you have:

CDR=YES
INC=YES
OAL=YES

Then, you will get call records. However, you will not see them associate with the CDP DN, since a CDP DN cannot be part of a call - it can only redirect a call.

I'm finding the calls now. I had to make a bunch of changes to TM. Thank you for the help.

you either have to change int yes on cdr_data then gene's post or change the pri to external.. be carefull, if you just using click and pray in TM, other features may die, even worse, some changes will not happen untill after your next boot.. that causes major issues, power cycle and none of your dig trunks come up.. we assume you lost hardware, but your msdl card loaded so now it does not match the far end..

just an fyi, because i'm bored
