CDR not collecting sta to sta calls

I no longer do the CDR part of our system (S8710)as I did on our old system (ROLM 9000). The guy that does is having a problem not being able to collect data for station to station calls but it will collect everything else. I told him I would look into it. He has been working with Avaya for over a month without any luck. I did advise him to put all stations into the intraswitch cdr database but still no luck. We are using Telemate. Anyone have an idea by chance?

cha sys cdr; is INTRA-SWITCH CDR set to Yes?

I have a feeling that the Telemate software is somehow not compatable with the way our Avaya system does business. It would not collect sta to sta on our ROLM 9000 but it would on our ROLM 9751. Something to do with the way it formatted and processed the data. If I had to guess I would blame it on Telemate but thought I would get some additional heads scratching.

On the S8700 you need to add station into form (change intra-switch-cdr)
