Was informed by the admin staff that records with the ACOD 7109 were not showing up in their RAW data. We have H323 Tie Trunks also and those records are just fine.
What is frustrating is they say this occurred around the end of October. Ahh @@#$$ Behind in the billing....
To make a long story short I cannot seem to get any COT records into the PollcatIII device.

I am at a bit of a loss; short of rebuilding the route and trunk members. The CDR port seems good as records from the H323 route are present. I can login to the switch via the PollcatIII in pass-through mode. Calls that leave or enter the COT trunks work fine just no record output to the PollcatIII.

Have included the route ,CDR port and a couple of the trunk members - There are actually 10 - all are the same.

As usual any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

What system do you use with your PollCat? We use Tapit and it seems to work fine. There are only a few things I can think of - such as verify the PBX setting on the PollCat (it took us a LONG time to set it right) - if you had a power outage in October-ish it could have reset the box - OR if someone accidentally reset the box back to factory default DOH!!! Anyway, that is about all I got for now unless you want to provide more info on what you have done for troubleshooting.

The pollcat III settings match CDR port. Nothing has changed from October time frame that I can see other than me messing around today. Even tried building a new route and member and still no change.

Records are being collected just not from the COT (using XUT cards) The COT trunks are used for incoming access to the node and for outcalling both local and long distance. Should be seeing a record for incoming and outgoing calls even jiberish would be good at this stage.

I will try to cut the CDR port speed to 1200 vs 9600 and change the PollcatIII to match. Short of that I am stumped excluding the rebuild.

Removed TTA and Answer Supervision on the route and voila all is back to normal.
Must have changed these parameters in October for whatever reason and failed to notice the CDR issue. (DOH !!)

NICE!!! Good job fixing it yourself. Who would have thought that TTA and Answer Sup on the route would cause issues with the CDR. Hmmmmmm.
