The only way I have seen Names coming up on a digital display is if I bounce it of a VDN first with a vector routing it to a particular area using an ani step. I have been asked many times if this can be done and cannot find a way around it other than this. I know Avaya Index is bright enough to know if you have programmed a speed dial number with a name, it marries them up and shows the name. You would have though Definity could do it too!
