CDR help please!!!

I ve managed to make a program that logs the CDR sys parameters from COM1 all the records seems to be ok but i dont know what option is for the agent login and logout and i really need to monitor this operation.

Try with CMS. with historical => agent => login/logout
or maybe set in the cdr to put all the cdr : by this function
Record Outgoing Calls Only? n

But i'm not sure that the CDR wil provide this information

Any chance of seeing how you are capturing the data? We are looking at a similar idea and would like to know how to achive this capture John
