CDR for internal calls

Hello all,
I've been asked to record how many internal and external calls a specific ext. gets.I did setup an enhanced trace but that seems to only get outside calls made from the ext, i need to capture all traffic for this ext. thanks for helping!!
 
Thats a CLS (Class Of Service) change for specific Extn 'ICDA'
to 'Allow' Internal, but remember your buffer usage

You can capture raw CDR data but you may already have a logging application, OTM/TM Billing etc to capture the data for reports

One more question is there a way to set up a traffic report on a specific ext. number? I'm looking for calls answered and unanswered....thanks again!

Remember CDR output is on answered calls and terminations once ICDA is assigned both Internal or External

Buffer&Registers keep an eye on that

Yo will need an external software to capture that CDR and process it so you can make reports from that info.
