SAV (Symantic AntiVirus) is detecting the nc.exe file as Hacktool.Netcat and deleting the file beginning with the definitions pushed out:

If you are using SAV you will need to exclude nc.exe or change the action that SAV takes.

Hacktool.NetCat is a tool for transmitting data across network connections and may allow unauthorized access.
Symptoms
One or more files are detected as Hacktool.NetCat
Transmission
A user must install Hacktool.NetCat or it can be dropped by a potential malicious program.
