- CDR-21600: A running Generator or Utility has failed.

Cause --

It is possible that the internal cache is now in an inconsistent
state. You are therefore recommended to close and restart the application.

could you help me please

In fact this is catched GPF, so it may be produced by any system error. There is a key in registry (I do not remember its name) that switches it to core dump. But in any case it's most likely a task for support.
