CDONTS - how to

I have tried testing a few forms and apparently I do not have CDONTS installed. I was wondering if you could help me either installing CDONTS or using other emailed such as ASPMail or Jmail. Not sure which one would make more sense for me. I have an exchange box but do not use SMTP and most likley will not be able.

I would like to be able to send forms data to one of my exchange groups.
