I am using CDONTS NewMail object to send mail from my ASP page. However, it often takes up to about 3 hours for the mail to be delivered. Is this a problem with the configuration of IIS? If so, any ideas on what needs to be changed in the configuration? How can I diagnose what is causing the delay?
