If I need to send a DID to a custom call routing that I programmed in call pilot. Do I have to program the DID as a CDN with DFDN to cp pilot DN or as an ACDN with NCFW to cp pilot DN? Then program the DID as a SDN and assign it to the application I built.

TIA

The preferred way is to build a phantom 500 as lamasu stated. You can do an ACD queue also and NCFW it to the Call Pilot CDN.....but the phantom 500 is really the way to go.

In Succession 3.0 or higher, phantoms do not use an ISM. You are supplied with 32000 of them or some number like that.

TN license is a lot cheaper than ACD license...keep in mind, you only get 240 ACDDN/CDN per system, that is the max unless you have an 81C with CPP/FNF and ACD expansion package. As Iretrievers said, rel 3.0 and above, phantom do not use an ISM
