RIVDIV=77;Hi
CDCOI:INTDIV=77,PUBDIV=77,PRIDIV=77; instead (comma in between each parameter).
This will work if the subsets does not have CDINI initiated for no answer and busy.
if in the CDIV parameter of the catagory you specify other diversion method, this will not work
