Well you could just measure and make your own, or you could just search the internet for it, I have come across this before on some photoshop site, I just can't remember which one.

Adobe Studio site has templates for photoshop and other Adobe products. I saw one for a CD Label, if that's what you're looking for

Hi,

Currently I work for a company that does this exact thing: making cd labels, inserts and traycards.

The dimensions are as follows:

CD Label:
Outer Ring: 12cm x 12cm @ 300 DPI
Inner Ring: 4cm x 4cm @ 300 DPI

It is very easy to make a template yourself. I have done it a million times, it takes about 2 seconds to do, simply make 2 documents, one of each size above, use a circular marquee to fill each document, add a thin 1-2 pixel stroke (EDIT > STROKE) and then copy the smaller circle into the document with the larger cirlce merge the layers and keep the rings as the top layer.

Hope this helps!

Ooops, I forgot to mention the other templates.

Front Insert
12cm x 12cm @ 300 DPI

Tray Card
15cm x 11.8 cm

Score lines for the side parts of the traycard appear 0.6cm in from each side and the text always faces the center of the page when it is laying flat.

Hope this helps!
