CD-RW showing two sessions ??

A friend of mine burned some pictures on a CD-RW (using Nero on an XP machine). Using my computer (Windows 2000) I can see all the pics that she burned. Putting that disk on another computer (also Windows 2000) you can not see those pics, but you can see older pics, which you can't see on my computer. What would cause this? Any thoughts?

Is it because this is a multi session CD? (and the second PC is reading the first session)? If that is the case, there is a Nero utility to view the other sessions:
