My cd-rom, actually it is a DVD drive just recently started making a wierd noise. It runs fine and is usable. My problem is that after spinning and starting to slow or stop, it sounds like a goose or bad brakes on a bike. It is quite annoying. Any ideas. We just noticed it doing this and are using the same Cd's that we always have.
