CD-ROM, How Fast

And here's another. I know they're DOS, but hey, gets the job done I suppose!

I went to the bootdisk site and downloaded the file, unzipped it and ran it. It showed me some data in DOS, but not the speed of the CD. The readme file showed that you can use F1, F2, F3, F4 keys, but after it ran I got the dos prompt.
What am I doing wrong??
