Dear Sir/Madam,
We bought this print station and copy station some years a go. The copy staion is working fine but the print station is not working now. The problem is that some guys did something which I can't explain now and it stops working. Now after some tough work the inkjet printer starts to accept print jobs and can print.
The robotic spindles can be adjusted with the Print station alignmnet program. It can receive signal from the print station this way.
I can feel that the two parts are working separately but not working together. When I give a print command the Inkjet will open the cd tray and waits but the robotic cd hadler don't start to pick up a cd to put to the cd try.
I taought this must be related to the printer configuration of manual and auto stuff. Then I tried to start CDDirector but it returned "Controller Module not found". what does this mean?
I tried to restore from the restore CD provided, everything is ok except this CDDirector. I can of know that with out the cd director It can't configure to autmatically pick a cd and place it on the cd tray?
The other guss I have is that I have a BIOS flash cd with me. The people have tried to reset bios settings and they must have "corrupted" or undid the flashed bios. This way there must be some part which the biod is not recognizing now with out being flashed. But when I try to flash it it is not just entering the setup to flash the bios.
Please help me as this can have an influence on my career. Since this is non us country there is no way to call support.
